Cast on 12 st
St st for 8 rows
Row 9: k1, m1r, k to the last 2 stitches, m1l, k1
Row 10: p across
Repeat row 9 and 10 until you have 22 stitches on the needle

Increase:
Row 1: cable cast on 8 stitches, k across
Row 2: cable cast on 8 stitches, p across
Row 3-6: k1, p1, k1, st st, k1, p1, k1
Row 7 (dividing row): k19, turn
Now only work on the right piece
Row 8: seed stitch for first 2 st, p across, k1, p1, k1
Row 9: k1, p1, k1, k across, seed stitch for last 2 st
Repeat row 8&9 until row 12

Left piece 1:
Join yarn,
Row1: seed stitch for first 2 st, knit across, k1, p1, k1
Row 2, k1, p1, k1, p across, sees stitch for last 2 st
Row 3-6: repeat Row 1&2
Row 7-9: Seed stitch
Cast off in seed stitch

Left piece 2:
Cast on 19 st
Row 1&2, seed stitch

Join right piece with left piece 2:
