I would consider this beginner to intermediate. This would be a good pattern for practicing the stitches mentioned. English Terminology is used. Please understand half double crochet, back loop only, and front/back post crocheting along with single crochet, chain, slip stitch, etc.
Along with your yarn and hook, I recommend stitch markers and a yarn needle.
