this is a simple design of knit and purl stitches that adds a little interest to an otherwise plain stockinette stitch sock.
this tutorial does not include a full how-to for heel and toe - the pattern is meant to be on the leg of the sock.
pattern repeats can be repeated as many times as needed to achieve the desired length of sock-leg.
this pattern also works for 6-ply yarn (or any other type of yarn you fancy knitting socks with).
