This is a listing for a cluster-lace/ infinity scarf. The finished cowl measures 10 1/2inches high x 55 1/2 inches around. However, there is a customization section included in the pattern if you would like it either wider or taller. The cluster lace cowl can be worn as a spring garment, draping over your shoulders in a way that won’t fall off. Or it can be made to be warmer, by wrapping it around your neck and shoulders, as seen in the pictures. However, you may have a favorite way to wear cowls that’s different from mine. The Japanese cables combined with the latter is a fairly open stitch, so it is suitable for at least three seasons, in addition to being very feminine.

The lace stitches are both charted, and written out line by line. There are also instructions for an optional crocheted edging, should you want it edged.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a good working knowledge of both knitting, purling, and cable knitting.)

The yarn used in the sample is made with Mrs. Crosby Plays, Hat Box yarn, in colorway, Spring Leaf

The sample was expertly test knitted by Beverly Long, who can be reached at: Blong39@ hotmail.com
