The Celestine Cardigan is a feminine cardigan worked in stockinette stitch with lace details. The cardigan is worked seamlessly from top down.

First, the back piece is worked with increases for the shoulders and armhole shaping. The front pieces are worked from picked up stitches at the shoulders, with increases for the v-neck and armholes. The front pieces feature a lace panel that continues down the body. The sleeves are worked from picked up stitches, with short rows to shape the sleeve cap.

Both the sleeves and body are finished with 1x1 ribbing and Italian bind-offs.

The cardigan has a double knitted button band that is worked from picked up stitches along the front pieces and the neck.
