The Celtic Braid cowl is made to look like it was knitted. This pattern can easily be adjusted to fit anyone simply by adding and deleting rows.

Other yarns can be used, but I find it easier to use the Chunky Wool-Ease my Lion Brand with a 9.00 MM hook.

Variegated yarns are not recommended because you cannot see the texture very well with the color changes.

Two large buttons are needed for this cowl.
