This snug and cosy bobble hat features a simple stranded chevron design and a deep brim that folds back for extra warmth. Easy and quick to knit in the round, this hat will be on your head in no time!

You will need:
100g of Chunky yarn e.g. Blacker Yarns Cove in main colour A (actual useage about 95m).
100g of Chunky yarn in contrast colour B (actual useage about 20m for Chevron band plus another 25–30m for the pompom).

6mm DPNs or a 6mm x 40cm long circular needle to work the brim.
6.5mm DPNs or a 6.5mm x 40 or 50cm long circular needle to work the body of the hat plus a
6.5mm x 80cm long circular needle to finish the top of the crown using the magic loop method.
Tapestry needle for sewing in ends.

Finished size: approx. 52cm diameter. To fit average sized adult head.
Gauge: 14 sts and 18 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch using 6.5mm needles.
