The Celtic Weave technique is composed of Front Post Treble Crochet Stitches that are worked like Cable Stitches. They create this beautiful, woven look.

This is a pattern for the Intermediate crocheter. Written instructions, lots of photos, and a link to the video tutorial is included for guidance.

Pattern is worked from the bottom up. It measures approximately 11”H x 9”W. I used 1 skein of Michael’s Stores Loops & Threads Impeccable yarn for the stocking in the photos and an I 5.5mm Crochet Hook.
