The dress was designed to coordinate with the Centre-Ville Cardigan which is shown with the dress in some of the photos. The dress works great with the cardigan as well as on its own!

The dress is worked from the top down and uses a provisional cast-on and short rows for the shoulder shaping. It is joined below the armholes and worked in the round. There are no sleeves and no seems to sew when the knitting is finished.

The dress is semi-fitted and shaped at the waist for a flattering shape. The bottom border includes a 2 color Brick stitch pattern.
