Cerridwen was designed in collaboration with Enchanted Yarn and is named after the Welsh goddess who shares this name, the keeper of the cauldron, the matron of witches and wizards. She resides in the underworld, but keeps a close eye on the living. She reigns over the realms of death, fertility, inspiration, enchantment, and knowledge, offering her ceaseless energy to plant the seeds we need to grow within our own power. Cerridwen represents a need for change, that transformation is soon at hand. She bestows wisdom to learn from our mistakes and encourages flexibility to embrace a dynamic metamorphosis. In order for something new to become, something else must often end.

This traditional triangle shawl is knit from the top down and features seven different Shetland, Victorian, and contemporary lace stitches that blend meticulously from one to the next, including a subtle ruffle along the bottom hem. While resplendent in just one hue, each section can also be striped with a variety of colors to create a more dynamic and modern piece.
