The drop shoulders and curved hem of this modern top are made with strategically placed increases and decreases. A seamless sideways-knitted oversized top made with cotton, bamboo, or linen yarn will be your go-to summer top.
This top is worked sideways in one piece from right side to left side back and forth. Side open stitches are joined with 3-Needle BO.

Women’s XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL): to fit bust 28/30 (32/34, 36/38, 40/42, 44/46, 48/50, 52/54) inches 71/76 (81/86, 91/96, 102/107, 112/117, 122/127, 142/147) cm.

Finished Measurements:

Materials:
Sport weight yarn (approximate amounts):
810 (850, 880, 960, 1050, 1280) yards 729 (765, 792, 864, 945, 1152) m.
For the sample I’ve used Knit Picks Shine (60% Pima Cotton, 40% Modal; 110 yards (99 m)/50g), Sweet Potato (orange): 8 (8, 8, 9, 10, 12) balls.

Difficulty: Adventurous beginner.
Techniques: ssk, k2tog, 3-needle BO.
