Chains (Kjeder) Headband
by Ann Iverson
This headband uses 2 different colors of yarn for the stranded colorwork. It is worked flat. There is an I-cord tie on each side that can be shortened or lengthened to your specific fit. The increase and decrease of the headband is in garter stitch for a textured look. The stranded colorwork design goes across the top of the head and is repeated to fit your specific length. This pattern can fit anyone. It is great to use yarn from your stash. You can even use the yarn left over from that sweater you just finished and have a matching headband!
