What do you get when you mix a flower – chamomile – and a reptile – chameleon??

While looking around for another original name I discovered these words both have a common origin – chamai.
Testing these charts with a self-striping yarn made me wonder how fun these would be with a colourful variegated yarn. Let me then discover that there’s another chameleon yarn!!

This pattern was designed with multicoloured yarns in mind, the stitch pattern repeat is only 4 rows and easy to remember.

It has a wide range of sizes, the smallest size fits kids aged 7 or 8, and it’s easy enough to adjust the length for the largest sized feet.
