This knitting toy pattern includes instructions for making a chameleon approximately 20 cm (7.9 inches) long.

The chameleon is knitted in the round. All parts are knitted separately and sewn together.

Language: English and Russian.

Finished size: approx. 20 cm / 7.9 in (size may vary depending on yarn and knitting tension).

Yarn:
• Alpina Harmony 100% wool, 175 m / 50 g (main color)
• Sandnes Garn Babyull Lanett 100% merino wool, 175 m / 50 g (contrast color)
• Optional: sewing thread or additional matching thread to stabilize the fabric and add contrast

You may substitute with any yarn of similar weight; adjust needle size according to your yarn and knitting tension.

Needles:
• Double-pointed needles 1.8 mm (set of 5)

Additional materials:
• Stuffing (hollow fiber)
• 5–6 mm beads for eyes
• Strong black thread for sewing eyes
• Large-eye needle
• Pins for securing pieces
• Scissors and tweezers (to help with stuffing)

Skills required:
• Knit and purl
• Knitting in the round on double-pointed needles
• Basic increases and decreases
