Chameleon Reversible Beanie is worked in one continuous piece from crown to crown, folding at the brim to create two fully wearable layers and sides. Each side features its own rib texture and crown shaping, giving the hat two distinct looks. Knit in one color or in two contrasting shades, you can choose which side — and which color — to wear on the outside.

YARNS and NEEDLES
Yarn A: Isager Alpaca 2: 50 % Alpaca, 50 % Wool, color 46, 50 g = 250 m/273 yd +
Yarn B: Isager Silk Mohair: 75 % Super Kid Mohair, 25 % Silk, color 66, 25 g = 212 m/232 yd
You will need approx. 80 g of yarn for the beanie.
(A: 50 g/250 m/ 273 yd and B: 30 g/250 m/ 273 yd)

Gauge: 23 stitches/33 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in) in stockinette stitch, with both yarns held together.

Circular needles 2.5-3 mm/40-50 cm (US 1.5-2.5/16-20”) and double-pointed needles 2.5-3 mm (US 1.5-2.5) or size needed to obtain gauge.
