This is a knitted pattern for the Pokemon Charizard. Since it’s a toy, gauge doesn’t really matter but I prefer to use size 2 needles with size 4 yarn. When sewing the wings together I got a bit lazy and didn’t hide it as well as I could have but I didn’t mind the results. Plus it was really tight so I was just glad to get the pieces together, (although I am a tight knitter so hopefully if you’re not it will go easier for you)! Some extra things that you will need besides the basics are sewing needles and floral wire. The wire is for the wings, and since a sewing needle is smaller than a tapestry needle, it’s perfect for embroidering the claws, teeth, and eyes. I used mostly orange yarn, with some light blue, pail yellow, and a bit of red yarn to get what I got and white and black embroidery floss for all the details. This pattern is about 6 inches tall and wide with a wingspan of 8.5 inches.
