Chasing Rainbows Scarf/Wrap/Cowl
A simple scarf/wrap/cowl that can be modified to any size. Pattern includes 2 separate patterns - A wide scarf knit back and forth, and a narrow double-sided Scarf/Cowl knit in the round. The pattern includes instructions for how to customize the width of the scarf/wrap. Each color section uses approximately 10-11 yds of yarn.

Option A: Wide Scarf or Wrap
Option B: Narrow Double-sided Scarf/Cowl
Finished Measurements:
Wide Scarf in Rainbow Colors: 84” long x 18.5” wide
Narrow Double-sided Scarf in Gradient: 60” long x 11” wide
Materials: used in the pattern samples
Yarn: Any fingering weight yarn in solid colors would work well for this scarf/wrap - it is also the perfect project to use up all those scraps! Each color section uses approximately 10-11 yds of yarn.

Fingering weight, mini-skein gradient.
Wide Scarf: The Queen’s Rainbow (75% SW Merino, 20% Nylon, 5% Sparkle) 18-20yds/skein, 24 skeins/pack by Cannon Hand Dyes.
Narrow Double-sided Scarf: Cloverhill Tempting Ewe Minis (85% SW Merino, 10% Nylon, 5% Stellina) 85yds/skein. Two 5-color gradient packs
Avalon Springs Farm Pendragon Fingering Yarn Mini Skeins
Recommended Needles:
US Size 6 depending on yarn weight and personal tension.
