This bright and happy pillow looks knit, but it’s crocheted! And it’s easier than you think.

Using the simple waistcoat single crochet stitch and basic colorwork, you can create this Fair Isle style pillow with the colors listed in the pattern or different colors of your choosing. You don’t need to use the same yarn as I did, as long as it’s all the same gauge and fiber.

Waistcoat stitch tends to “lean,” so blocking is important with this project.
