Chelsea is a cropped waistcoat which can be worn in a couple of ways that each create a cosy and stylish garment. The close fitting and textured back is complemented by the triangular folding drapes at the front. Wrapped around the waist, Chelsea is worn as a double layer ensuring complete warmth for the throat, chest and body area, whereas worn with the front panels attached behind the neck, makes a different look entirely, with the softly folding drapes creating a luxurious cowl effect.
