This sock design was created while I was up in the Alaskan interior. They are named after the Chena River that runs though the interior, through Fairbanks, Fox, Two Rivers, and the Chena Hot Springs. It’s surrounded by glorious mountains, and to say that is a breathtaking sight is an understatement.

I started the design before I left Alaska, and was finished with the first sock by the time I arrived back in Michigan. These are a quick knit, they are a little slouchy in the leg and fit well through the foot. Sizes run true if not a little big (through the leg).

Please reach out to me with any questions about the pattern!
