Chengdu Tee is a very simple raglan tee in stockinette stitch and a cute lace detail on front.

The tee is knit seamlessly from the top down. First, the neckline is formed using short rows (back and forth rows).
Then work is continued in the round with raglan increase (for body and sleeves). After the raglan increases are completed, the work is divided and the body and sleeves are finished separately.
The lace pattern is easy to memorize and suitable for beginners knitters.
As the shirt is knit top down, it is possible (and advisable) to try it on as you knit it, so the length of the body as well as the sleeves can be adjusted individually. The Lace pattern is both charted and written.
