This is a 100% CLASSIC C R O C H E T pattern, NOT tunisian, and definitively NOT knitting.

♥ This stitchery feels and looks like knitted, but it’s classic crochet in short rows technique (explained in great detail in writing, photo tutorial and international crochet signs chart) and uses only half double slip stitches (aka yarn over slip stitch).
♥This pattern can be used for any rectangular pieces, such as shawls, collars, scarves, cushion covers, any sized blankets. No sewing. Being worked sideways, you choose the length of your piece and by repeating the pattern you increase to the desired width.

♥ You can use any yarn thickness and you can work on your own gauge. Therefore this pattern will not include yarn consumption.

For my sample scarf I used DK YARN (weight 3) and 4.5mm hook. The measurements of my scarf are: 120 cm long (47 inches), 25 cm width (10 inches) and I’ve used 615 m of yarn.

This pattern is written in English, American terminology with STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS and LARGE & DETAILED PHOTOS for each step for making this charming scarf or blanket. It also includes a short version of instructions and an international crochet signs chart.
