This pattern was originally part of the 2022 Supersock World Championship. Now that the competition has ended, it is available for purchase.

This cuff-down sock is a stranded colourwork pattern featuring a flower panel on the instep, surrounded by snaking vines with scattered cherries. You get to decide where the cherries will go - you are the cherry picker!

The pattern has no long floats: most floats are 4 stitches or fewer, and 5-stitch floats are rare. The heel flap is worked in rows with one colour at a time, but a tiny bit of stranded purling is required on the heel turn. The gusset is located on the sole.

Instructions are provided for 2 sizes: small (medium), with 63 (71) stitches per round. Instructions are written for magic loop, but can easily be adapted for other needle styles.

You are free to sell anything you make using this pattern, but please do not sell the pattern itself or otherwise claim it as your own.
