Cherrypool is a deceptively simple beanie with a lot of wow factor. A garter stitch body hosts a series of stitch clusters reminiscent of flames and fire. Only one colour is ever worked in a round, with all the colourwork deceptively created by slipped stitches. Jogless garter stitch worked over the body of the hat maintains the integrity of the stitch pattern.

Cherrypool is named after a special country area in rural Victoria, Australia. It is often affected by fire during our summertime due to the dry bush conditions that prevail.

This pattern is part of an e-book collection featuring 6 simple beanie patterns all with a deceptive wow factor. The price for the e-book, Deception, will increase as each pattern is added to it.
