heshire Cat Socks are worked cuff down socks in stockinette stitch. Their whole decoration are thin stripes in multiple directions, also in strengthened triangle heel and sole construction details.
Designed to knit for the whole family, this project is classic and has sizes for women, men and kids.
The instruction includes 2 lengths:

• middle calf
• short with the cuff tab

Available sizes depend on foot circumference:
toddlers 1, kids (2), adults 3 (4) 5 (6).

I highly recommend a dedicated Sock Yarn which can include blends of wool and nylon/bamboo/nettle or silk fibers (to provide the durability), in a 4ply/fingering weight (400m/437 yards,100g/ 3.72 oz).

For kid sizes you need 20 - 25g/0.7 - 0.9oz of yarn in main color and 15 - 20g/0.6 - 0.7oz in contrasting color, and adult sizes you need 30 - 50g/1.1 - 1.8oz in main color and 25 - 45g/0.9 - 1.6oz in contrasting color (depends on foot dimensions).

You gonna need circular knitting needles in 2 sizes. For the cuff size 2.0mm/US 0, and 2.25mm/US 1for the rest of the sock (or size needed to obtain gauge).
