This pattern can be used with any type of cotton yarn. I personally prefer Lily’s Sugar ‘n Cream or the basic Peaches ‘n Cream (Walmart brand) yarn.
Exact length doesn’t matter. I recommend using one entire skein of 56.7g cotton yarn.
