I wanted to design a “cowl” to be worn flat and close to the neck to show off the pretty pattern. The hand warmers came as an after thought but match the neck warmer.

The neck warmer uses yarn that is doubled making it not only attractive but very warm as well. The hand warmers’ yarn is not doubled.

Best yet - this project only uses 1 skein (251 yards/skein) to complete.
