Inspired from the Craft Yarn Council’s Each One Teach Two Long Scarf with Loopy Fringe by Britney Lord, I present to you a simple and easy-to-make beginner scarf!

Working with A Chick That Knitz store to create a beautiful yet simple crochet scarf, this is designed for the class now being offered in person (masks required, sanitizer included!). Feel free to sell the finished product, but please refer to CDS as the designer. Also, feel free to share the pattern and work with others to inspire the love of crochet!

You can purchase the yarn here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/AChickThatKnitz?fbclid=IwAR02pi...

Now, without further ado, I present to you…

Chickadee Scarf
Beginner Crochet Scarf

Sizes:
• Finished Size:
• Length: 6’
• Width: approx. 8”
• Gauge:
• Specified hook in pattern:
4”x 4” = 10 st x 7 rows

Materials:
•US L/11 (8.0mm) crochet hook
• 2 Skeins – A Chick That Knitz Worsted Yarn
• 100% SW Merino wool, 214yds/100g
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch markers

Notes:
➔ Since this is a scarf, the gauge and final size are negotiable – remember that less stitches and/or rows per inch will make it bigger than the size indicated, and more stitches and/or rows will be smaller than the size indicated.
➔ Blocking isn’t required, but for a clean and finished look, it definitely helps! I did an easy steam block for mine.

Feel free to post pictures, I would love to see them!
