Notes
• Measure your child’s hand to make sure you choose the correct size.
• The gloves are worked from the bottom up to the wrist.
• I did use 2 matching skeins of Lion Brand Mandala® to match the colors.
• Everyone’s tension is different and can affect the final size. If you find you need smaller, go down a hook size. If you need larger, go up a hook size.
• Length of scale portion of the glove can be controlled by either adding additional rows, to make it longer or eliminating rows, to make it shorter.
Materials:
• Approximately 160 - 190 yards of Lion Brand Mandala® or a Size 3/DK Weight yarn, although you may have to adjust hook size if you use a different yarn. Using a size 3 weight yarn will yield the best results.
• Hook sizes - 3.25mm, 3.50mm, 3.75mm, 4.00mm. I used Clover Hooks
• Scissors
• Measuring Tape
