Pattern includes instructions for size XS, S, M, L for both Toddler and Youth sizes. So you can make these to fit from size 5 Toddler to size 4 Youth (USA sizes).

Gauge:
Youth size: 11 sc=4 inches with I hk & 2 strands yarn
Toddler size: 15 sc=4 inches with F hk & 2 strand yarn

Materials:
Yarn: 2 or 3 colors worsted wt yarn - amounts depend on sizing, youth needs 2 strands of yarn
Hooks: I & G for Youth Size, F & E for Toddler Size
Extras: 4 or more Beads with holes large enough for yarn (optional)
