This triangle shape is flattering for any body type, and just about any outfit!

This fits adults and teens.

It is a nice lightweight cowl so it would be great for fall and spring weather.
I wasn’t sure wether to count this as beginner, or intermediate, so I decided to count it as advanced beginner. The stitches are very basic and the cowl is worked in one piece (other than fringe), but you have to know how to read a pattern. After learning the pattern, this cowl took me about 6 hours to make, but keep in mind I tend to be a pretty fast crocheter, so give yourself a little more time depending on the speed you crochet!

You’ll need:
5 mm crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Medium weight yarn
I’ve used Lion brand Ferris wheel

The stitches you’ll need to know are:
Chain, single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet.
