Hi!
This pattern is to make a penguin using the amigurumi method of working in the round.
The pattern includes a written pattern with comprehensive notes and pictures to support it, it is written in English with US crochet terms.
The gauge is not important, it is recommended that you use a hook a couple of sizes smaller than the recommended hook size on the back of the yarn. I used dk yarn and a 3mm hook and my penguin measures 14cm, a different yarn thickness/hook size will produce a different finished size.

I used Paintbox cotton dk yarns, available from love craft in:
Stormy grey about 40g used
Paper white about 20g used
Daffodil Yellow about 20g used.

Other materials needed are:
3mm hook
black embroidery thread or 9mm safety eyes
2mm hook if crocheting eyes
white embroidery thread if crocheting eyes
pins
embroidery needle
stitch marker
scissors
