Chilly the Snowman is a quick make for beginner crocheters. With easy to follow instructions, he’ll make a great addition to your Christmas decor this year.

Gauge is not important for this item, however - when you make the hat, make sure you fit the hat as you go along and adjust (more info in the pattern)

I’ve used Paintbox Simply Chunky yarn and it comes in between 35-40cms. If you use different size yarn, expect the item to be a different size once completed. I used 2 skeins in white and less than 1 in the blue. Small amounts of black and orange for the facial features.

You’ll need two different safety eye sizes. I’ve used 14mm for the eyes, and 10mm for the tummy buttons.
