The pattern contains instructions to create a Chimera. Instructions included are for: front legs, two types of rear legs, body, ears, horns, eyelids, facial attachments, fangs, belly, chin, back scales, and wings. This pattern contains more than 200 photos along with clearly articulated instructions.

Your finished chimera will be approximately 15.5 inches tall by 24 inches wide by 25 inches long.

Materials Needed:
Approximately 915 yards of worsted weight yarn:
Front Leg: 126 yards (for both)
Rear Tiger Leg: 146 yards (for both)
Rear Eagle Feet: 35 yards (for both)
Rear Eagle Leg: 96 yards (for both)
Talons: 8 yards (for all)
Body: 125 yards
Ears Main Color: 6.5 yards (for both)
Ears Accent Color: 5 yards (for both)
Horns: 26 yards (for both)
Eyelids: 4 yards (for both)
Nose: 2 yards
Nose Accent: 1.5 yards
Lower Nose Bridge: 3 yards
Upper Nose Bridge: 10 yards
Cheeks: 11.5 yards (for both)
Bottom Jaw: 3.5 yards
Snout and Head: 53 yards
Belly: 22.5 yards
Chin: 9 yards
Back Scales: 11 yards
Large Wings: 180 yards (for both)

2 yards of white DK yarn for fangs (for both)

3.25mm crochet hook (you will use this hook for all pieces unless explicitly told otherwise)
2mm crochet hook
Yarn needle, Scissors, stitch markers
Polyfil or other filling material
9 pieces of 18g paper wrapped floral stem (the ones I used are 18 Inches each)
4 pieces of 18g cloth wrapped floral wire (the ones I used are 18 Inches each)
Galvanized Steel Wire
Glass gems (optional)
16mm safety eyes
Duct tape
