If you purchase 3 patterns from my Ravelry Store at the same time (add them all to your cart before you check out), the least expensive one will be free.

These little mitts knit up quickly using small amounts of fingering weight yarn. Sock yarn is ideal - choose a solid colour for the background, paired with a variegated yarn in a tonal or contrast colour for the pattern motifs.

Sample knit in Cascade Heritage Sock Yarn shade Lunar Rock (main colour) approx 30g
Malabrigo Sock Yarn shade Indonesia (contrast colour) approx 10g.

The mitts are sized to fit a medium sized hand at 7.5” (19cm) around. They are knit in the round and have a thumb gusset. There are charts for left and right hands, with an additional chart variation for the main pattern motif to break up longer floats.

The charts are in greyscale in two shades - dark on light and vice versa for main and contrast colours. .
