Double-knit in sock weight (#1) yarn this Renaissance-inspired scarf has a sumptuous drape and hand. Perfect for the nobleman in your life, the medieval cross, hooped cross, and fleur-de-lis speak of chivalry, fidelity, and valor, required virtues of the knightly order.

The pattern is worked from a graph, with the second fleur-de-lis motif inverted (by working those rows backwards from 134-93) so that it will hang right-side-up when worn.

Painted in rich red and teal, this scarf would look equally impressive in kelly and cream, black and white, or chocolate and cobalt.
