• Final blanket size is approximately 64x48 inches (63 total squares).
• This is an advanced beginner skill level pattern.
• Pattern is written in US terminology.
• Color changes are included, but are optional. SSC or fasten off/attach new color per your preference.
• Pattern is worked in worsted weight yarn (#4). Adjust hook sizes for different yarn weights.
• Do NOT turn your work at the end of each round.
• Your square size before joining is approx. 5.5 inches (based on yarn and tension).
• I have medium tension, so size up or down accordingly when choosing your hooks!
• Gauge is not necessary for this pattern.
• Yarn over/yarn over (YO/YO) method is used for stitch formation.
• IMPORTANT:
• When using I Love This Yarn brand yarn, I use a 5mm hook for the squares and a 5.5mm hook for join and border.
• When using Premier Basix Worsted brand yarn, I use a 5.5mm hook for the squares and a 6mm hook for join and border.
