The Chloe Sweater is a simple raglan sweater, finished with picot details.
The sweater is worked top down in the round with a folded picot neckband, short-row shaping at the neck, and increases along the sleeves and body. The sleeves and body are also finished with folded picot edges.

The sweater is designed with an ease of around 10 to 20%. This means that you should choose a size where the finished width is 10 to 20% larger than the widest point of your upper body.
