This pattern is a lovely way to give a chocolate orange as a gift and in my experience never fails to surprise and delight the recipient.

It is a great way to use up odd bits of yarn. The main yarn is aran weight white the rest is double knitting and can be any colour of your choice. Apart from that the only other materials you need is a small amount of toy stuffing and a pompom maker (although you can do this with a piece of card too or make the floppy hat option included in this pattern).

There is no set gauge to work to and the size can be adjusted depending upon the type of style you have.
