DESCRIPTION

The CHORE VEST is the knitting pattern your pocket-seeking hands have been dreaming of. This vest combines timeless simplicity with structure and wearability for a layering piece that is as practical as it is pretty. The folded hem, button band, and armholes provide stability for the yarn-ball-sized pockets, while bust darts, hip shaping, and side seam slits allow for comfortable movement without gaping buttons anywhere. Stand, sit, crouch, garden, knit, hike, lounge — this vest is designed for you to do things in!

SIZING

To choose your size, measure the circumference of your torso around the fullest part of your bust/chest and choose the size that fits with 4-6” of positive ease. If you are between sizes, choose the size that will get you closest to 2-6” of positive ease at the hips.

Sizes by finished body circumference:
In inches: (32.75, 38, 42.5) [46.75, 51.25, 55.5] {60, 64.25, 67.75}
In centimeters: (82, 93, 104) [115, 126, 137] {148, 159, 170}

In the pattern photos, Jaq is wearing a size 7 with size C bust darts, +6” of ease at the bust, and +4” of ease at the hips.
