A beautifully shaped sweater with a vintage air - designed to flatter! Stitches used are stocking stitch, single rib and plaited cables.

A tiny garter stitch edge frames the cable neckline.
The border around the neck is worked in one with the front, and the neck decreasing is worked away from the cables so that they don’t interfere with the cables.

King Cole Bamboo Cotton DK, shade Lawn 635
6 (6, 7, 7, 7, 8, 8) 100g balls

Garment originally made using King Cole Gentle Touch DK which is no longer current. King Cole Bamboo Cotton DK is suggested as a great alternative.
