My Christmas Bauble (Design 1)

This is a simple pattern for a Christmas Bauble.

It is based on an 8cm Polystyrene Ball, and you can also get Christmas Baubles in this size, which would also work if you were to crochet around one of those.

The only stitch used is Double Crochet (and double crochet spike stitch) and it is in UK Terms.

The decoration is made from crocheting 2 halves, then sewing them together around the ball (or you can sew together and use polyester filling if you prefer).
