All In One Christmas Stash Knit - no separate hats, no stuffing and minimal sewing.  Five little characters with multiple ways to display or use. Snowman, Santa, Gnome, Gingerbread and Reindeer. The pattern is a full colour .pdf with full details and instructions on how to make all five toppers.

These fun little knits create useful decorations.  I have designed them so they can be stood by themselves, they can be used hanging, pushed on tops of bottles, hide little chocolates under them or even little puppets. You choose how to display your finished characters. You can use toy eyes or embroider, the body and hat is knit all in one piece and then the features are added -arms, beard and noses are knit separately.

Skills needed for these are Knit Purl, increasing and decreasing stitches in the simplest form of just working 2 stitches together and knitting into the front and back of a stitch to create a stitch. Colour changes. The Snowman is the most beginner friendly followed by the gnome, Santa has colour work but would look just as good plain red or you could embroider a belt.  The gingerbread and reindeer do have separate features to knit but I do go through each one in the pattern to make them accessible to all knitting levels.

Once you’ve knit one you will want to do more - leave them for friends and family to find on a bottle or lift to find a chocolate or hang them on your tree.

Another fun little stash knit using those seasonal colours, they use the minimum of yarn. In the UK for example the snowman used 4/5grams of white and about 2grams of red.

Uses DK (8ply) Yarn and 3.5mm needles.
