This pattern shows how to crochet a flower motif in a dome shape. The intention is for two motifs to be made, and then joined together to form a sphere around an existing Christmas tree, round ornament/bauble. The flower is modeled after the African Flower design, but adapted to form a sphere shape when sewn together.

Make two motifs and join around the bauble with a slip stitch.

Materials needed for each ornament:

• yarn in different colors
• 3.5mm crochet hook
• 1 3” glass or plastic round ornament
