Let’s crochet an unusual Christmas character - Ukrainian Christmas goat.

ABOUT pattern:

• includes one PDF file.
• contains 20 pages of instructional material accompanied by 112 photos and 3 video about difficult moments.
• Сrochet level: Intermediate.
• Pattern available in ENGLISH only (US terms).
• Crocheting skills will be needed to make this pattern: crocheting in a spiral and in turning rows, amigurumi ring, slip stitch, chain, single crochet, increasing, decreasing, double crochet and half double crochet, picot, crocheting FLO/BLO. The pattern doesn’t contain crochet lessons.

MATERIALS and INSTRUMENTS:

1. fiberfill (I used hollow fiber);
2. thin black and yellow (optional) yarn for embroidering on eyes, mouth and cheeks (embroidery yarn DMC / YarnArt Iris / sewing thred / similar).
3. crochet hook. I use 2mm size to metric size range, size B-1 to U.S. size range;
4. scissors;
5. metal or plastic needle with blunt end for sewing;
6. thin metal sharp needle for embroidery;
7. pins for fixing details;
8. round’s counter (optional).
9. semi-cotton yarns for crocheting (weight category 2: Fine, type Sport, 5 ply, 12 wpi):

• beige color (for head, body, limbs and ears),
• dark-beige color (for forehead),
• creamy color (for horns, underskirt and headband),
• dark-red color (for skirt and headband),
• dark-green color (for boots),
• emerald color (for headband),
• brown color (for embroidering on nose);
