This pattern is for the mouse and the Christmas tree, angel and Christmas pudding outfits.

The pattern contains lots of photos to help you every step of the way. It is written in English, using American crochet terms. All of my patterns have been independently tested prior to publication.

You will need:
Yarn of your choice. Yarn weight doesn’t really matter - the size of your project will simply turn out bigger or smaller! I used Patons Smoothie DK yarn for the majority of my project (this is quite a thick DK yarn so it is equivalent to aran or light worsted weight in other brands) and my finished mouse measures approximately 10cm tall. Please ensure that you use the same weight yarn to make both your mouse & the clothing / accessories to ensure that they will fit.

For the mouse (pages 4 - 8) you will need the following colours:

  • Main mouse colour - I used pale grey (approx. 23.5m per mouse).
  • Nose / ears / feet / tail - I used pale pink (approx. 13m per mouse).

For the Christmas tree outfit (pages 9 - 11) you will need the following colours:

  • Red (approx. 6m).
  • Green (approx. 34m).
  • Yellow (approx. 2.5m).

For the angel outfit (pages 12 - 13) you will need the following colours:

  • White (approx. 25m).
  • Yellow (approx. 1.5m).

For the Christmas pudding outfit (pages 14 - 15) you will need the following colours:

  • Cream (approx. 9.5m).
  • Dark Brown (approx. 19.5m).
  • Red (approx. 1.5m).
  • Green (approx. 5m).

Please note - The amount of yarn used will vary according to yarn weight, hook size and stitch tension so these measurements are only a rough guide. The pattern refers to the colours that I used, however these can be substituted for colours of your choice.

You will also need:

  • A suitable size hook for the yarn you have chosen - I used a 4mm hook.
  • A pair of 6mm black safety eyes.
  • Some toy stuffing.
  • Some finer black yarn or thread for adding the details to the mouse’s face.
  • 22 small craft bells, sequins or beads with which to decorate the Christmas tree dress.
  • Other tools you will need are a tapestry needle, some scissors and some stitch markers.

You are welcome to sell the items that you make using this pattern, but please do not sell / share the pattern itself.
Thank you.
