When assembled the entire piece is approximately 9 inches x 9 inches. It will vary slightly based on how you assemble and your tension. It will also vary based on how many different-sized petals that you make. You can make as many leaves and different-sized petals as you like to make your poinsettia. In the cover photo, there are 3 small petals and 5 large. You can make any number of each size as desired. There is no right or wrong when it comes to poinsettias! Poinsettia petals come in a variety of random shapes and sizes. I made a “foundation piece” to attach the leaves to and build on - see assembly instructions in pattern

1) Small Petals are approximately 4 inches tall x 1.5 inches wide
2) Large Petals are approximately 4 inches tall x 2 inches wide
3) Leaves are approximately 5 inches long by 2 ¼ inches wide

All patterns are tested in my “Orchid and Bee’s VIPs - Crochet Group” on Facebook before publishing but we are human and sometimes an error slips through the cracks. If you find one let me know and I will be happy to correct it and send you an update!
