S-M with upper arm circumference up to 33 cm (13 in)
L-XL with upper arm circumference up to 43 cm (16.9 in).
For a slight increase take thicker yarn/bigger hook.

Materials for achieving best result: cotton, bamboo/acrylic, rayon/acrylic, bamboo/cotton, rayon/cotton. Yarn category: 1 / Fingering / 4 ply / Superfine / 400 m in 100 gr / 437 yards in 3.5 oz.
