This beautifully cabled Aran-inspired Christmas stocking is the first in a series of designs, a new one each year! I love the natural colors of Cascade Ecological Wool, but the pattern works with any smoothly spun, single-toned yarn. You don’t have to worry too much about exact gauge, but the stocking should be tightly knitted.
