Spread a little festive cheer with this Christmas tree motif jumper, decorated with colourful fairy lights. The jumper itself is a simple raglan style with an intarsia Christmas tree motif and bobble Christmas lights. Techniques include knit and purl stitches, increases and decreases, bobble stitches, intarsia colour work from charts and picking up stitches.

Paintbox Yarns Simply DK (276m/302yds per 100g)
For the jumper:
4 (4: 5: 5: 5: 6: 6: 6: 6) x 100g in ‘Champagne White’
1 x 100g in ‘Grass Green
For the lights:
1 x 100g in each of the following colours: ‘Mustard Yellow’, ‘Blood Orange’, ‘Rose Red’, ‘Kingfisher Blue’ & ‘Pansy Purple’
Alternatively, you can use scraps of yarn for the lights - allow approx. 1m/1.09yds of yarn for each bobble.

1 x pair 4mm/US 6 needles
